Terms & Conditions

General
All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions which will prevail over any contained
in a Customer’s order or acceptance, unless expressly agreed to by Sinolink in writing. In
these Terms and Conditions, the expression “Goods” relates to the Goods that Sinolink
proposes to sell or has sold to a Customer, being the Goods described in Sinolink’s
Quotation and a reference to Goods includes services and wine products of any kind.
Prices And Quotations
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sinolink, all quotations expire 14 days from the
date of the quotation. Prices are thereafter subject to change without prior notice and Goods
will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch.
Payments
*Payment is made by cash or cheque upon delivery.
Crossed cheque should be made payable to ‘Sinolink Fine Wines Ltd’ (account payee only).
Please quote the invoice number at the back of the cheque. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
*All prices are in Hong Kong dollars and subject to change without prior notice.
*Accounts with past due balances will be placed on credit hold. Sinolink may in its absolute
discretion to:
*Withhold further supply;
*Institute legal action for recovery of outstanding balance plus interest and costs
incurred, including legal costs; and
*Require the Customer to pay cash on delivery for any further Goods, and not be
liable to the Customer for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly
from such action.
Delivery
*Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, and is not
applicable to outlying islands, restricted areas or hotel's guest room. The delivery service to
Ma Wan is limited to 10:00am to 4:00pm due to restricted access after 4:00pm. Extra HK$40
toll will be charged for delivery to Tung Chung, Airport & AsiaWorld Expo.
A free delivery service will be offered for a purchase of at least one case (mixed case
allowed) and to the value of at least HKD1200. For orders below this amount, a delivery
charge of HKD100 will be imposed.
*You are reminded to provide us with correct address and contact telephone number.
Where incorrect delivery details are given by the customers, additional handling cost
incurred will be borne by customers.
Complaints, Breakages & Losses
All orders are carefully checked before delivery. If a bottle of wine is considered to be
defective, please notify us immediately. The product should be returned at once for our
examination. No complaint can be entertained unless the condition is observed. Customers
are requested to examine goods at the time of delivery and advised us as soon as possible of
any deficiencies and/or breakages.
